Your candidate has been part of this community for many years, working tirelessly to make it a better place for Liberty County Families. Michelle Mangum-Merendino is a strict constructionist and believes judges  should interpret the law as opposed to making new law by legislating  from the bench. A good judge should review the facts of  each case, apply the law, and hold parties to their burdens to ensure  cases adhere to the basic legal principles and standards enshrined in  our U.S. and Texas Constitutions.

Michelle knows the value of your time and resources. That's why she is running for this position. Help her help you.  She has extensive knowledge in handling many types of family law issues and as an attorney she aims to resolve matters effectively, with as little cost and stress as possible. She will bring these same principles and skills to serving families as a judge.
